Shifting perceptions and re-shaping curricula: exploring the impact of staff-student partnership, co-creation and relational hierarchy

In this presentation, I will focus on the role of 'relational pedagogies' (Gravett, 2023) in recent higher education research  to tease out some of the key challenges and questions around staff-student co-creation of learning in the current UK context. By drawing on specific examples in my own institution as well as elsewhere, I hope to explore with you the impact of some this partnership work as well as lessons learned to help you consider how these practices may work, or work differently, within your own contexts.
